Ablestate is living life well and radiating a similar belief to our stake holders. We are a community of diverse knowledge, ideas, skills, and experiences coming together to form a tribe of digital nomads continuously supporting each other.
Ablestate was started as an idea in 2018. The vision bearer was David M. Wampamba who pitched the idea to many of his friends and people he thought whose efforts could be helpful to turn it in a reputable brand. Which would help young people in Africa get introduced to technology, learn and develop employable ICT skills as well as prepare them for modern workplaces through internships. Ablestate would also help the world’s biggest companies and startups to tap into this abundant talent at favourable working conditions. The goal is to combat a common world challenge of unemployment among young people and youths as well as scarcity of tech talent.
Kato H. Cosma and Julius Masaba bought into the idea, joining David to form a founding team.
In the last quarter of 2018 the team thought it would be possible to incorporate the idea so that it can operate as a legal entity in Uganda. NBK Premier Solutions LTD was chosen to offer the Business registration service which successfully helped Ablestate attain formal status by incorporating with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
