Ablestate is living life well and radiating a similar belief to our stakeholders. We are a community of diverse knowledge, ideas, skills, and experiences coming together to form a tribe of digital nomads continuously supporting each other.
Ablestate was started as an idea in 2018. The vision bearer was David M. Wampamba who pitched the idea to many of his friends and people he thought whose efforts could be helpful to turn it into a reputable brand. Which would help young people in Africa get introduced to technology, learn and develop employable ICT skills as well as prepare them for modern workplaces through internships. Ablestate would also help the world’s biggest companies and startups to tap into this abundant talent at favourable working conditions. The goal is to combat a common world challenge of unemployment among young people and youths as well as a scarcity of tech talent.
Kato H. Cosma and Julius Masaba bought into the idea, joining David to form a founding team.
In the last quarter of 2018, the team thought it would be possible to incorporate the idea so that it can operate as a legal entity in Uganda. NBK Premier Solutions LTD was chosen to offer the Business registration service which successfully helped Ablestate attain formal status by incorporating with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
What it means for an ordinary citizen is that you ought to become more attentive and dynamic join the digital population. Without vital ICT skills, one’s chances of thriving today are diminishing than ever before.
Develop knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, database systems, web design, and algorithms. Becoming a computer programmer is for everyone.
Be ready to work in a team where you brainstorm ideas and concepts,building real-life solutions.

Ablestate was officially registered on the 12th of March 2018, currently at the moment of speaking counting 27 months. We have managed to reach 1800+ and train 179+ people and still counting. We are thankful to the Lord Almighty for the impact He has enabled us to do with our current capability. Since Ablestate has been self-funded from the moment the idea was conceived, through the official registration to the current lifespan of 27 months, we are very proud of our impact and all the achievements.
We have reached many areas and categories and groups of people. Many of the people reached and trained have been taught many digital skills such as Touch-typing, Device networking, File management, Online shopping, how to use google workspace, etc. This has enabled them to use their skills to startup jobs to earn income or get employment to provide services and get paid for their skills.
